I worked with Plastic Ocean Project, a Wilmington-based nonprofit tackling the global plastic pollution crisis through science-based solutions, education, and community outreach. I managed social media across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and their website—reaching over 14,000 followers—and created engaging written, video, and photo content to inform and inspire. I also developed advertising strategies for Instagram to boost awareness and support for the organization’s mission.
